Why did you decide to get involved with the CCR Graduate Scheme?:
We have been looking for a while for a graduate to join MagManager. The business is growing very fast and having the time to find a good calibre graduate seemed an impossible task as we are working so much on the business. I read about the CCR scheme and realised that it was an opportunity we could really use where they help find a graduate for us where they do a lot of the work posting the position and helping with the interview process.
Why should other businesses consider taking on a graduate through the CCR Graduate Scheme?
The scheme has been excellent for us, finding a really good calibre graduate, we didn’t have the time or knowledge/links to be able to do this on our own. I would highly recommend any business to consider taking on a graduate through the CCR scheme.
Do you have any advice for recent graduates looking to secure their first job?
Don’t just look at large companies. We are a small business but are growing very fast and we offer a great opportunity to do many different roles that you wouldn’t get in a large organisation.
