What attracted you to the CCR graduate scheme?
I am very interested in increasing my knowledge. Increasing my knowledge will hopefully aid in furthering my career
What are you hoping to achieve during your time on the scheme?
I was hoping to understand how to excel as a leader within my limits and how I can use the training to apply to my specific role. Also try to comprehend how management and leaders can excel their role and further the business.
Is there anything you would say to others thinking of applying for the scheme?
It’s a great scheme, and really is a fascinating approach to education. The knowledge is delivered and it is always then applied into a self-reflection sense to create an individualistic approach.
