Accelerating Your Development
As a Venture Graduate you’ll be personally supported and professionally developed, benefitting from our unique 12-month Career Accelerator Programme, designed to maximise your potential to the full!
Your programme will be individually shaped to work alongside your graduate role – giving you the option of choosing one of our two learning pathways, as well as accessing a specialist range of online professional short courses; and even giving you the exclusive opportunity of having a professional mentor.
A programme designed around ‘You’
The whole programme is focused on accelerating your skills and knowledge in the workplace by offering you multiple learning and development opportunities that are tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on future skills that will benefit you throughout your career.
Our learning pathways are delivered by our partner universities – the University of South Wales and the Open University in Wales – and each learning option has been carefully selected to give you a deeper level of knowledge in your field of interest; and give you every chance to enhance your professional development.
Beyond all that, you’ll also be a valued member of our friendly Venture Graduate community – being invited to join our LinkedIn Community group and several graduate events, as well as enjoying regular check-ins on your development from a very supportive Venture Graduate team.
