Graduates can work in a wide range of areas; financial and professional services, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, engineering, marketing and PR, project management (the list goes on!) If you feel that you have a role that could be suitable for a graduate, contact us to find out how we can help.
As long as your business needs. Although we recommend a minimum of 6 months.
To be eligible your businesses must be:
- Based in the Cardiff Capital Region (the ten local authority areas in South East Wales – Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Newport, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Torfaen, The Vale of Glamorgan)
- An employer from the private, public or non-for-profit sector. The scheme is open to businesses from all sectors and industries – ranging from large national organisations to SMEs and growing micro-businesses.
It is the employer’s responsibility to pay the graduate for the duration of their employment.
