Promoting Job Vacancies

Our roles will go live and be open for applicants.
Graduate Shortlisting
DATES TBC
Shortlisting will begin, followed closely by interviews and appointments.
Successful Placement
DATES TBC
Venture Graduates will be enrolled in their cohort and will start their ILM Qualification.
WEEK 1-5
Gathering Employment Opportunities
The Venture Graduate team will be busy establishing roles through business attraction and interaction during weeks 1 to 6 of each cohort.
WEEK 6-9
Promoting Job Opportunities
Our roles will go live and be open for applicants during weeks 4 to 8 and our Venture Graduate University Partners will begin their engagement with their graduates.
WEEK 10-12
Graduate Shortlisting
The shortlisting process begins, and appointments can be made!
Applications are reviewed and those shortlisted could be invited to:
- Video Interviews
- Assessment Centres
- Business Interviews
WEEK 13
Successful Placement
Venture Graduates will be enrolled in their cohort and will start their ILM Qualification. The Venture Graduate team will complete a report and data review.
