An inspirational home for a Graduate

Planning & Land Co-ordinator

Lovell Homes doesn’t just build properties. We create inspirations - everything from contemporary apartments to executive family houses, in stunning locations across England, Scotland and Wales. Join us as a Planning & Land Coordinator and you’ll be inspired too - working with our Land Managers to identify and acquire the very best sites across South Wales and the Southwest, securing the land that dreams are built on.

Identify and secure the land where dreams are built

Join us as Planning & Land Co-ordinator and you’ll be at the very heart of what we do: identifying, evaluating and securing land for residential development in the most cost-effective manner,  ensuring all tender opportunities are managed in the best way possible, formulating land offers for consideration by the senior management team and being involved in negotiations  - all-in-all working with our Sales, Business Development, Technical and Estimating teams to make sure we optimise on every suitable land and partnering opportunity.

Day-to-day, you’ll be monitoring all regional and local planning activities, Local Development Plans, candidate site lists, housing documentation and OJEU notices for future land/partnership opportunities - as well as looking to acquire land that aligns strategically with our 5-year Regional Growth Plan - reporting to the Regional Partnerships Director in a role that gives you genuine influence in our success.

Develop your skills and build your career

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your knowledge across all aspects of land acquisition and development, ideally building on a professional planning degree or qualification (RICS, RTPI, etc) - bringing your blend of commercial, communication and relationship skills to bear in a working culture that will support your professional development to the full.

And in return? You’ll enjoy a good salary, excellent benefits package - and every chance to progress in a strong and established company that’s ultimately built on people.

If that’s inspired you, take the next step to joining our team - apply now!
