Your Role

Reporting to a highly-experienced Managing Consultant, you’ll be expertly trained to both survive the recruitment needs of our existing client base, as well as continually identify new business opportunities. 

That means arranging and attending client meetings, building a close rapport by understanding your client’s structure, culture and preferences - and supplying a carefully chosen shortlist of candidates through canvassing calls, professionally written recruitment ads and structured marketing campaigns: managing the full recruitment process from vacancy registration through to successful placement and aftercare.

As well as delivering a polished client service, you’ll also be trained to deliver an exceptional candidate experience - interviewing perceptibly to identify a candidate’s personal strengths and career ambitions, keeping your candidates continually updated on current market opportunities, helping candidates prepare for interviews, and giving constructive feedback to ensure the right talent finds the right job, in the best way possible.   

What you’ll need to grow and develop

Degree-qualified with excellent communications skills, team spirit and a hunger to learn, you’ll have an organised mind, the confidence to make presentations, the office skills to manage a candidate database - and ideally some proven experience in a sales or customer service environment.
