The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is an International Awarding Body whose qualifications are recognised internationally. We have listened to employers and recognise that Leadership and Management are essential skills for our Venture Graduates to develop. We have teamed up with the University of South Wales to deliver the Level 3 ILM qualification in Leadership and Management. Venture Graduates will also be registered with ILM for the duration of their course (up to 12 months).
The qualification is delivered virtually by USW
